MY STORY
I once struggled with a range of debilitating symptoms that affected every aspect of my life. I experienced unexplained weight gain, hair loss, extreme fatigue, skin issues, uncontrollable intense hunger and sugar cravings, chronic brain fog that hindered my ability to focus or think clearly, memory loss, dry skin, brittle hair/nails, and overwhelming anxiety that eroded my self-esteem. Despite the frustration and uncertainty that marked my journey to reclaim my health, I refused to accept the status quo. I was determined to understand my body, and I delved into research, sought out alternative perspectives, and became my own advocate in the pursuit of wellness. After years of relentless determination, I finally received a diagnosis in September 2023 of insulin resistance that had eluded me for so long. With this newfound clarity, I embarked on a holistic approach to healing that addressed not just my physical symptoms but also my mental and emotional well-being. Now, I am on a mission to share what I have learned and empower others through their journey. I am confident in my knowledge, and I offer a wealth of information and in-depth discussions regarding functional medicine and how to live a healthy, holistic lifestyle.
